From an island off the coast of Eorzea where a tribe of Viera and a tribe Miqo’te live symbiotically, Mias Valdi is a dreamer with a yearning to explore beyond his known world.Beyond his wanderlust, he's always had a fascination with magic, preferring to hide away and take to teaching himself spells via tomes from the neighboring Molkoh or with the help of Volmund Burne. Prior to leaving home magical malpractice left his left arm permanently burned, scars left behind by aether that he couldn't control. Even now and again, when around fire-aspected aether that isn't under his control, his arm heats with a burning sensation, causing varying levels of discomfort or pain from a passive hum to searing burns.He is frequently dressed light but with a dapper and somewhat effeminate flare. He also dresses with either both or just his left arm covered to hide his scars which still carry shame for him.His friends and many strangers would know him to be kind, aloof and maybe a bit oblivious though he’s certainly not without a limit to his patience and few beyond those he spends the most time around would know of the rare appearance of a foul attitude.

Combat Prowess

Mias is an unrefined combatant who uses light swords and magic, combining the two with an agile flow.With un-refined swordplay he uses his natural sense of agility to perform quick and rather accurate strikes. His lack of actual professional training can betray his movements at times, leading him to being potentially rather predictable.Using magic he taught himself and refined over his travels, he performs at a much better level than with a sword, using largely ice and water aspected spells. He also has a decent proficiency for healing, not as great as others in his group but he's still able to hold his own if need be.While normally well behaved and polite, when pushed he can er towards vomiting expletives as he fights with reckless abandon. While due in part to unresolved childhood issues leading to occasional spikes of anger, it helps to distract him from the pain his arm causes, if even for just a moment.

Sexuality

Mias is rather shy sexually preferring to only have sexual relations with those he has an established relationship with, uninterested in one-night stands.For those he's willing to have sex with he reacts in one of two ways. For those with cocky demeanors he tends to roll his eyes but for those who are a bit more authentic in their approach he's much more 'pliable', being much softer.Mias is a strict bottom, tending to be a bit more submissive but not opposed to 'taking control' and leading the charge (largely only during moments of particular arousal).

Mias' relationship with his family is a mixed bag, ranging from the utmost care to absolute disdain. He is closest to his older brothers Teo and Nathanael, with them always having looked after and supported him in his youth. While he and Teo have gone their separate ways in search of their goals, Nathanael has worked to make sure they all always have a home to return to.
Despite meeting later in life [Dawntrail], he has a slowly growing relationship with his eldest brother
Arsias, the two bonding over their mutual decisions to leave home and explore the world at large.
The last of his brothers, Biant, was the one he had the most beginning particularly rough as he idolized his father while Mias certainly didn't. Over time the two have certainly bettered their relationship, though there's still much more room for growth.
Mias has little to no relationship with his uncle Sial, Sial always being rather secretive and private and Mias having spent as much time away from the tribe as possible.
His relationship with his father Rhez was particularly tumultuous.

Mias has many friends, people he's met along his travels who he regards fondly, many of whom he reconciles with frequently when they visit his home.
Mias grew up alongside Sami'a, Ephi'to and Xaze'a, first developing a friendship with nosy Sami'a who would sneak Mias magical tomes to read and practice. Ephi'to came shortly after with his older brother Xaze'a to follow. Mias found Ephi'to to be lonely, becoming his first and dearest friend, the two practicing magic together occasionally with his adoptive father's help. While Xaze'a was much more of a silent presence, by being someone held near and dear by Ephi'to, Xaze'a came to hold Mias in high esteem.
Mias met Florimond during his early travels in Eorzea [A Realm Reborn], the two crossing paths early during Mias' visits to Gridania. The two quickly hit it off with Mias grateful for his knowledge of the terrain. The two since have consistently travelled together since.
Mias met Azo'a during his travels in Eorzea [A Realm Reborn], both novice adventurers crossing paths and assisting each other. Over time the two would develop a friendly rivalry of sorts with plenty of mutual respect. Mias considers Azo'a a reliable friend, always knowing he's got someone to watch his back whenever he's around.

Mias grew up alongside Damens, being largely perceived as competition, even extending to Damens following Mias to Eorzea. Over time the two's 'rivalry' developed into a friendship and later on [Stormblood] a relationship. Mias used to consider him quite a bother, with Damens always pestering him. Mias eventually grew to rely on Damens, considering him someone who keeps him grounded.

While no one could argue with his physicality, he was a dreamer with his head in the clouds and it often got him in trouble for not paying attention. Ever since he was young he would listen intently as Nathanael would read to him of stories of heroes slaying dragons and saving innocent people sparking a desire for great things, greater than his 'small' home would allow.Usually dressed rather casually with loose clothing, there's usually skin to be seen somewhere. He typically likes to wear clothes that breath the easiest and allow for the most movement.He's boisterous, a bright light, and an overall good time. He does his best to take care of those around him, living up to his best ideal of a hero, even if he happens to make a mess while he does it.

Combat Prowess

Teo's a man who enjoys being physical, as such he's got a nicely toned and muscled body. He's used to some occasional brawls, especially when it would come to disrespect of Mias, or grappling with larger animals during a hunt.Despite being more trained with axes, Teo's chosen to fight with daggers, enjoying the agility using his natural strength alongside swift strikes. He's a bit clunky, being someone who isn't the fastest, but he's not afraid of taking the rare strike and returning one in equal measure.With Mias taking up magic, Teo's developed a bit of a fascination of magic himself, though he greatly lacks his brother's natural affinity for it. Even so he's able to use minor levels of magic alongside his regular strikes to give them that extra oomph. Being that he enjoys a bit of dramatics, he's been practicing using magic for a bit more of a visual effect to be that much 'cooler' of a hero.

From an island off the coast of Eorzea where a tribe of Viera and a tribe Miqo’te live symbiotically, Nathanael is a cold guardian who simply wishes to keep those he holds dear safe and to live out a peaceful existence.Cold as a learned behaviour, Nathanael was a star hunter amongst his tribe, the Valdi. Inheriting his father's quiet anger but being taught to put his emotions aside, he put all his effort growing up into following the orders of others. As his brothers Teo and Mias also grew up, watching them be left to their own devices or scolded for things he didn't agree with, he would soften in subtle ways, learning to read, tend to wounds and cook for his brothers.Eventually he grew out of being just another hunter into someone who cared deeply for others, even if he didn't always know how to showcase it, leaving him to want for a life elsewhere for him and all those he holds dear, somewhere kinder and warmer.He doesn't always know best how to dress beyond the basics, but with Mias' eye he is slowly learning to develop a taste of his own.

Combat Prowess

As one of the former star hunters of the Valdi Tribe, Nathanael has quite the physical aptitude with a solid mix of strength and dexterity. He's rather quick and agile and clever enough to know how best to use his weight to strike right where it hurts most. He lacks the bulk his brother Teo possesses, but he's certainly not any weaker for it. He lacks any formal training for swordplay, having been best taught how to use a spear, however he much prefers swords over lances.Amongst his brothers he has a middling magical aptitude, able to control a minor amount of Lightning Aether to give his attacks that extra oomph, or use it to provide a defensive assistance. Having learned with help from Mias, his knowledge of spells is vastly underperforming, but he's a curious sort always willing to learn for the sake of being better.Despite his usual control and stoic behaviour in battle when his siblings or those he loves are threatened an anger tends to emerge that leaves him much more wild and someone predictable for someone clever, albeit still remaining a threat.

A former hunter/warrior of the Valdi Tribe. Grew up somewhat emotionally stunted, forgoing his youth to focus on goals prescribed to him.Still quite the introvert he's slowly learning how to comfortably express his emotions.As he's grown through his journey alongside Mias he's become increasingly curious about exploring his identity, toying with styles and visuals he's found himself drawn to.

Damens is a relatively agile combatant, combining moderate prowess ice magic with his use of a scythe.In his journey of self-discovery he found himself drawn to the scythe, toying with what knowledge he had of using lances to adapt what he could towards scythes. Being that it's a relatively still fresh weapon for him he's far from perfect but he's plenty capable as is.Unlike Reapers who employ a voidsent, Damens has the assistance of an ice sprite, being more reminiscent of an arcanist in his practices, having been taught some techniques from his friends, namely Ephi'to.

Sexuality

Damens is a somewhat unpracticed lover, largely learning how to navigate such things alongside Mias. Due to his unintentional cold nature and him still learning how to be comfortable showing emotion, he's a somewhat quiet lover, but still tries his best to commit, even if he's unsure what to do all the time.

Sakoh'ra is a reckless and untrained fighter having only learned how to fight through raw experience. For someone untrained in how to best adjust with the flow might find him difficult to compete with, but anyone else with solid experience could disarm him pretty easily.
Despite his flaws he fights well alongside his brother, the two covering for each other's reckless to have a consistent flurry of offense.
Sakoh'ra has minor at best access to fire magic, unable to use to it well beyond coating his or an ally's weapon in flames or combining his fire with Sefi'ra's water to create a getaway via a cloud of steam.
All in all, despite being quite untrained he functions decently well when he has an ally to work alongside.

Sakoh'ra is a confident and easy-going sexual partner and largely pretty open to most offers.

Sakoh'ra and Sefi'ra are loners having adopted the name Velni to denote the start of their own tribe, their own journey. The two were never truly welcome or included in their tribe of origin, something they were keenly aware of.
Sakoh'ra grew up inseparable to his twin brother Sefi'ra. the two relying on each other for nearly everything. Unlike as he is now Sakoh'ra was much more quiet in his youth, relying on Sefi'ra to be bold for him. Sakoh'ra later grew bold in order to stand up for his brother the same way he would stand up for him and the two remain inseparable since.

Upon their initial meeting, Sakoh'ra and Sefi'ra attempted to rob Teo, failing and sparking a rivalry that would take them across Eorzea to get their revenge. Over time, their attempts at revenge would bring them to Thavnair where the twins would be beset upon by blasphemies. Their lives being ended had Teo not been there to save them. In that moment everything shifted, initially seeing him as a meal ticket that got away they then saw him as a cool hero, absolutely fascinated with him.
